1. Demo Before Purchase

We strongly encourage all prospective customers to request and thoroughly explore a demo account before subscribing to any of our paid plans. The demo offers hands-on access to the platform’s features, helping you assess whether it suits your business requirements.

2. Refund Eligibility

To ensure fairness and operational transparency, our refund policy follows these key guidelines:

  • Refunds are applicable only if VYAPEX fails to deliver platform features that were clearly demonstrated and confirmed during your demo session.

  • Any refund claim must explicitly mention which promised features were not provided after subscription activation.

  • We hereby declare that if a refund is approved, the amount will be transferred within 10 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

i. Change of mind after subscribing.
ii. Misunderstanding of features despite accessing the demo.
iii. Inability to use the platform due to user skill limitations or third-party issues.
iv. Partial usage of services where the platform is functioning as expected.
v. Cancellations made after the billing cycle has started (unless eligible for refund as per the criteria above).

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of subscription purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.


3. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting us at connect@vyapex.com.

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless it qualifies under the Refund Eligibility section.

  • After cancellation, access to the platform remains available until the end of the current billing cycle, unless you request immediate deactivation.

  • No pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused time within the billing period.
