All VYAPEX products and services, including platform access, add-ons, and demo accounts, are delivered digitally through secure online channels. Once your order or demo request is confirmed:
i. Demo Accounts are provisioned within 24 hours of your request and access credentials are emailed to your registered email address.
ii. Subscription Plans and any purchased add-ons are activated instantly or within 1–4 business hours of successful payment processing.
iii. All platform services are accessible through your registered VYAPEX account at https://vyapex.com.
iv. No physical goods are shipped to your address.
Upon completing your subscription or demo request:
i. A confirmation email containing access credentials, activation details, and plan information will be sent to your provided email address.
ii. You can log in immediately to your digital dashboard and begin using the services as per your subscription plan or demo permissions.
